About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Security Portfolio Manager to lead our vertical market program delivery and oversee all aspects of Paladin's business within a specific portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of security professionals, empowering them to manage client and security officer portfolios within their assigned vertical market.

  • Maintain adequate management support levels to uphold and grow Paladin's culture and core ideologies.
  • Ensure all new staff align with Paladin's brand expectations.
  • Develop retention strategies and mitigate turnover.
  • Maintain an engaged workforce.
  • Action employee engagement survey results and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate succession planning at all levels within the portfolio and identify top talent for promotional opportunities.
  • Makes recommendations for professional development days for staff within the portfolio.
  • Ensure all staff have adequate training based on industry, corporate, and client standards.
  • Provide motivational guidance and disciplinary discussions as needed.
  • Ensure all employee interactions conform to applicable employment standards to limit liability and reputational harm.
  • Perform evaluations of direct reports on an as-needed basis and in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure supervisory teams conduct employee reviews following the same guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment through open communication.
