Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Jyllikleen Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff

Recruit, hire, and train a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Site Inspections

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Task Management

Manage and coordinate the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate settlement needs.

Support for Visible Minorities

Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.
