Cleaning Operations Manager

Jyllikleen Cleaning Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Coordinate Cleaning Schedules: Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned efficiently and effectively.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting or repair work, and recommend these to our clients.
- Support Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, and assist with their immediate needs.
- Support Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of visible minorities, and apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours per week
