This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can develop and implement effective tracking/tagging strategies to measure business performance and objectives. You will collaborate with clients and agencies to select, implement, and maintain web analytics platforms. Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results are essential.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute tracking/tagging strategies to evaluate business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with clients and agencies to identify and implement web analytics platforms meeting their needs.
  • Optimize web analytics services such as Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
  • Oversee site tag implementation and custom rules development using best-in-class Tag Management Solution platforms.
  • Author comprehensive implementation documentation for client developers outlining page code requirements and data layer details.
  • Ensure high-quality standards by conducting quality assurance tests on tracking implementations.
  • Deliver expert advice on web analytics platform strategy and technical requirements to clients.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments within clients' organizations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of learning by facilitating platform training and knowledge sharing in web analytics for clients and project teams.
  • Implement analytics tools in mobile apps for iOS and Android devices using Firebase SDK.
  • Operate in development environments building iOS or Android apps using XCode and Android Studio.
  • Prioritize utilizing Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java programming languages in mobile applications.
  • Confirm availability during AST, EST, PT, or CST hours considering global client presence.
  • Directly report to Manager, Analytics Implementations.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
