We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Consultant to join our team as a Safety Lead. This individual will play a key role in managing projects, mentoring staff, and developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage EHS projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare, review, and approve formal reports.
- Ensure all project outcomes align with company and client expectations.
- CIH, ROH, CSP, or CRSP designation.
- 7+ years of EHS experience.
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to travel for project work and hold a valid driver's license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, manage teams, and handle adverse conditions in the field (construction sites, mines, manufacturing facilities).
- Ability to wear PPE and handle physical demands, including moving equipment (up to 40 pounds) over uneven ground.
