About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Consultant to join our team as a Safety Lead. This individual will play a key role in managing projects, mentoring staff, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage EHS projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and approve formal reports.
  • Ensure all project outcomes align with company and client expectations.
Requirements
  • CIH, ROH, CSP, or CRSP designation.
  • 7+ years of EHS experience.
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Ability to travel for project work and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently, manage teams, and handle adverse conditions in the field (construction sites, mines, manufacturing facilities).
  • Ability to wear PPE and handle physical demands, including moving equipment (up to 40 pounds) over uneven ground.
