At TRITAN Group Recruitment, we are seeking a skilled Safety Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices. You will be responsible for conducting regular site visits to monitor compliance with safety protocols and maintaining and managing safety documentation. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between site superintendents and the office, facilitating seamless communication.

We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to balance office administration and fieldwork. Your strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols will enable you to identify areas for efficiency improvements and help streamline safety processes.

As a key player in our team, you will support safety training initiatives and reinforce our company-wide safety culture. Travel to various job sites in Edmonton and rural Alberta may be required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a safety role with a general contractor;
  • Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices;
  • Ability to balance office administration and fieldwork;
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to rural job sites.
