Super-Pufft, a leading snack food manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Airdrie, Alberta.

We offer an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance tasks, repairing equipment, and ensuring the overall efficiency of our manufacturing facilities.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting routine inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures;
  • Repairing and replacing parts as needed;
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards;
  • Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production;
  • Staying up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school diploma or equivalent;
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related field, such as mechanical or electrical maintenance;
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • The ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a shop environment with hazardous materials and greasy, slippery factory floors. While some outdoor work may be required, the majority of your time will be spent indoors.
