Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Construction Crew Foreman/Woman to join our team at Aecon Infrastructure Management Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of heavy equipment operators and laborers on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Prepare accident reports and conduct pre-operational checks on equipment
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a heavy construction or related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical demands of the job include working in a fast-paced environment and being physically demanding
