WFM Technical Consultant Job Description

ADP is seeking a highly skilled WFM Technical Consultant to join our team. As a WFM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of data between ADP's Time & Attendance / Workforce Manager product and our clients' HR, Payroll, and other management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and develop Workforce Manager interfaces to meet client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in data best practices within the Time & Attendance domain.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver and unit test the system as designed.
  • Provide guidance to clients on preparing testing activities and support data migration activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience deploying and working with interfaces, APIs, and data bridges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HCM systems, specifically Time & Attendance solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Implementation experience with hands-on experience in conducting solution walkthrough sessions.
  • Technical proficiency in programming languages and integrations.
  • Web technology savvy with knowledge of multiple operating systems.
