The 6IX Cannabis is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are working effectively as a team.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, organization, and a strong team player attitude.
The 6IX Cannabis is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
