About the Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, strategic insight, and effective communication skills. They will support senior leaders in making informed decisions that drive growth and profitability by leveraging their financial acumen and analytical prowess.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reports
  • Consolidate financial data from various departments and business units
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance
  • Provide insights into trends, opportunities, and risks based on financial analysis
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather inputs and assumptions for forecasting and budgeting processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or business
  • Minimum 5 years experience in FP&A or related function
  • Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) required (or in progress)
  • Experience in CPG industry is an asset
  • Supply chain experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
