Job Summary

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial plans, forecasts, and performance reviews to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • This role requires excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and performance reviews to support business growth and improvement initiatives.
  2. Analyze financial data and develop recommendations to optimize financial performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance on financial matters to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
