Transform your career in information security with this exceptional opportunity to join the Royal Bank of Canada as a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, IAM Onboarding. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual with extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to work towards onboarding applications to RBC's Identity and Access Management solutions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, based in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring onboarded applications continue to comply with security standards, collaborating with business partners and application teams across RBC Enterprise, and providing consultative services to ensure requirements follow RBC Standards.

The Perfect Candidate

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive in-depth experience with IAM capabilities and solutions
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and solutions designs for efficient security controls
  • Ability to manage, lead, prioritize, and execute with minimal direction or oversight in a high-pressure environment

Additionally, having experience with CyberArk PAS, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Entra ID, as well as professional certifications related to information security or information risk management, would be considered a nice-to-have.
