At BC LTD, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to implement operational procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
