Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and caring individual to fill the position of Student Supervisor. As a Noon Hour Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising students during school lunch times.
Responsibilities- Monitor and supervise students during school lunch times
- Deal with minor first-aid cases as required
- Report incidents and complete required incident reports
- Provide support and guidance to students as needed
Grade 10
6 months previous experience in dealing with children, such as volunteering or parenting
Working ConditionsThis is a union position, CUPE Local 5523
Hourly rate of pay: $24.71 plus vacation and statutory holiday pay pursuant to collective agreement
Services will not be required on In-Service and Non-Instructional Days
Preferred QualificationsIndigenous ancestry
Preference will be given to qualified applicants who self-declare Indigenous ancestry
