Job Title: Web Designer

FirstTecPro is seeking a skilled Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their requirements and develop a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Design and develop websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and meet the clients' requirements.
  • Consult with clients to develop and document website requirements.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web design and development.
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with web development frameworks and technologies such as React.js and WordPress.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
