We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire Gas Bar. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign tasks to sales staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Hire, train, and develop new employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize returns and exchanges to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage conflicts and issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply chain disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
