The Smart Components Technical Sales Specialist will drive business growth in the Smart Components segment, focusing on demonstrating the value of intelligent device data, optimizing machine design, and providing manufacturers with valuable operational insights.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

">

- Business Ownership: Drive growth, execute recovery programs, and leverage data to identify and capitalize on customer buying gaps.

">

- Sales Leadership: Engage in in-person discussions to expand account share, maintain a healthy sales funnel in CRM to meet sales goals, and develop annual commercial plans for Smart Components.

">

- Technical & Commercial Expertise: Exemplify technical acumen, marketing insight, and commercial leadership to accelerate sales.

">

- Customer Engagement & Training: Plan and execute customer seminars focused on key growth areas and lead competency development for inside/outside sales teams.

">

Requirements

">

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Technologist – OR – equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education.

">

- TÜV or exida certification for Functional Safety is an asset.

">

- 3 years of experience/knowledge applying RA's products or equivalent competitive solutions.
