At DGA Careers, we are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise in personal lines account management to drive business growth and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of clients by providing personalized support, identifying revenue growth opportunities, and generating referrals. Key responsibilities include:
* Working with the team to ensure timely completion of account reviews
* Collaborating with clients on policy changes, educating them on coverage options, and processing updates
* Proactively reaching out to cancelled business to win them back immediately
* Identifying additional revenue streams through increased coverage, account rounding, and policy feature additions
* Motivating the team to account round regularly by educating customers on additional lines of coverage
* Building strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Completing 100% of assigned account reviews each week, including reviewing potential discounts and coverage gaps
* Providing outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions, and endorsements
* Managing client expectations and following up as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management
* A nurturing personality, patience, politeness, and a passion for serving customers
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently and independently
