Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of heavy machinery
- Troubleshooting and resolving production equipment breakdowns
- Fabrication of items as needed
- Improving mechanical systems and equipment modifications
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Developing and executing predictive maintenance plans
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and company regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Millwrighting
- Previous experience in Agriculture/Aggregates industry is an asset
- Proficiency in welding
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to think critically and remove barriers
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
