As a Licensed Practical Nurse with the Interior Health Authority, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments and develop care plans for patients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, providing personal and nursing care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Provide personal and nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improving patient outcomes.
