About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Penticton Regional Hospital in Penticton, BC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to patients in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Work in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
About the Unit

Penticton Regional Hospital is a referral centre to three community hospitals and one diagnostic centre in the South Okanagan, serving a regional population of 85,000. The hospital has an operating capacity of 158 acute beds and 102 extended care beds, offering a range of services including medical and surgical nursing units.

Qualifications
  • Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
  • Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
