We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team at Fed Manutech. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving the reliability of equipment and production processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve the reliability of equipment and production processes
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to optimize productivity and quality
  • Diagnose recurring breakdowns and propose solutions to eliminate root causes
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to develop preventive maintenance plans
  • Train and raise awareness among teams on best practices in reliability and continuous improvement
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the actions taken
  • Stay updated on technological advancements to integrate new maintenance and continuous improvement technologies

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's in mechanical or industrial engineering, or any relevant field
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, a significant asset
  • Knowledge of English, an asset

What We Offer:

  • $80K to $110K depending on experience
  • 5% bonus depending on results
