Creative Visionary Director

Moment Factory is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Creative Vision: Collaborate with our producers and designers to develop and execute the creative vision for our projects, ensuring alignment with our company's values and goals.
- Lead Project Development: Initiate and contribute to all projects assigned to you, responsible for their conception, design, production, delivery, and integration.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with internal and external designers, clients, and partners to ensure creative quality from conception to integration.
- Establish and Uphold Creative Guidelines: Develop and maintain project-specific creative guidelines, strategies, objectives, and priorities.
- Manage Project Budget and Timeline: Collaborate with the producer and multimedia director to ensure adherence to project budget and timeline.
- Provide Solutions to Challenges: Offer creative solutions to unexpected challenges encountered during the creative process, production, and delivery.
- Communicate Creative Ideas: Effectively communicate creative ideas through presentations and ongoing creative development, both internally and externally.
- 10+ Years of Creative Direction Experience: Proven experience in creative direction, including roles such as artistic direction in multimedia, visual effects, creative management, themed entertainment, museums, urban spaces, or relevant fields.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English, with regular communication with English-speaking clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote, with thorough knowledge of show direction, artistic direction, architecture, graphic design, motion design, 2D/3D animation, software, set design, lighting, sound design.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to manage and successfully complete multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and in a team.
