Software Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coding Instructor to join our team of dynamic and forward-thinking professionals. As a Coding Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coding education to children aged 7-14, and for creating a positive and engaging learning environment.

• Develop and deliver coding curriculum to students, ensuring that they meet their learning objectives and have a fun and engaging experience.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their creativity.
• Work with students to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to develop personalized learning plans that meet their needs.
• Provide regular feedback to parents and guardians on their child's progress, and to work with them to set goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure that the learning environment is consistent and of high quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in coding and technology, and to incorporate these into the curriculum.

• Experience working with children aged 7-14, preferably in a coding or technology-related setting.
• Strong knowledge of coding and technology, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices, and the ability to apply these in a coding education setting.
