We are looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist to teach in our Medical Laboratory Assistant program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering courses, evaluating student progress, and participating in program activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver courses in the Medical Laboratory Assistant program
  • Develop and deliver appropriate curriculum to meet course objectives
  • Incorporate a variety of teaching/learning strategies to meet student needs
  • Evaluate student progress/achievement
  • Participate in program and college activities as required
  • Participate in program revision activities as required
  • Create and maintain a positive learning environment
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Medical Laboratory Technologist Advanced Diploma or Degree, current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO), and a minimum of five years' experience as a registered Lab Technologist. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to life-long learning, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
