Kitchen Staff Member

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Staff Member to join our team at Fresh Start Health Restoration Retreat.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas;
- Operate dishwashers and manually wash and polish dishes, glassware, and flatware;
- Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving areas;
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors;
- Handle and store cleaning products safely;
- Portion and wrap foods for service;
- Use manual and electrical appliances to prepare foodstuffs;
- Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including cupboards and appliances;
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Food Safety Certificate;
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
Working Conditions:
This is a non-remote position, requiring on-site work. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
