We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Technician to join our team at Border Bean International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including statistical and accounting reports.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: Experience in accounting or bookkeeping an asset.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Quick Books.
Our office is located in a convenient location, and public transportation is not available. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
