About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer Analyst to join our team at BCAA. As a key member of our technology team, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of innovative enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, code, test, and debug software programs to meet business needs.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to implement robust solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to design effective solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct implementation, unit testing, and integration testing for assigned work packages.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing support during off-hours release deployments when necessary.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with extensive experience in architecting and developing integrations with on-premise and cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Proficient in SQL Server, Visual Studio, C#, XML, SSIS development, and have a strong understanding of the software lifecycle in an Agile environment.
  • Experience with Workday, including developing solutions, enabling different modules, and integrating various plugins to enhance system capabilities.
  • Proven track record in developing technical specifications and troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Azure, Boomi, iPaaS, and other in-house solutions.
