We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at B D Convenience Store. Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or convenience store environment, or equivalent experience.
- Personal Qualities: Adaptability, collaborative, efficiency, goal-oriented, flexibility, judgement, organized, and a team player.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory management and customer service.
