Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator plays a vital role in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees at Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company. This position is responsible for creating curriculum, coordinating logistics, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training content
- Coordinate logistics for training activities, including venues and equipment
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Establish and maintain relationships with external training suppliers
- Coordinate off-site training activities for employees
- Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness
- Partner with plant management and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training, or human resources
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
