We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to evolve and grow with our company and contribute to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy, including writing and proofreading articles.
  • Create email marketing campaigns and write email copy.
  • Organize and maintain our social media presence.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance and report on results.
  • Execute conversion rate optimization strategies with UX design, landing page design, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and developments in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with our owner to ensure our marketing plan is executed efficiently and successfully.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience with copy-writing and writing blog articles.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and WP bakery plugin.
  • Experience using the Google Ads platform (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Remarketing).
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Works well under pressure and can manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications.
  • Facebook Ads Blueprint Certification.
  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, and Google Search Console.

Compensation:

  • $50 to $70k depending on experience.
  • Bonus plan will be based on reaching your KPIs.
  • Eligible for company medical benefit plan if successful completion of 90 days probation.
