Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Logging incoming maintenance & facilities service-related calls by phone, email, etc.
  • Liaising with relevant functions to monitor call history and ensure close out and completion of maintenance works
  • Scheduling and coordinating the repair and maintenance of facilities and equipment on site

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating reactive & preventative maintenance schedules for site
  • Monitoring and coordination of scheduled maintenance activities, such as air handling, chillers, and fire alarm systems

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Third Level Qualification in Building Services Management or related qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Facilities Management
  • Must have a Mechanical/Electrical Facilities Management background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
