About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our Agile team at Astek. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in facilitating our Agile processes, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile processes in our Scrum teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change, acting as a change agent to adapt processes and maximize productivity.
  • Engage stakeholders to identify and manage impediments, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.
  • Identify opportunities for Agile team improvement and seek best practices to increase team productivity.
  • Adhere to enterprise frameworks and methodologies, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Ensure policies and practices are well-executed, meeting business needs and aligning with business priorities.
  • Facilitate work execution aligned to established cost, timing, deliverable, and scope objectives.
  • Participate fully as a member of the Agile team, supporting a positive work environment and timely communication of issues.
  • Provide thought leadership and industry knowledge for Agile execution and participate in capability building for the team and business unit.
Requirements
  • IT/Technical Scrum Master experience.
  • Scaled Agile experience.
  • Product Increment Planning experience.
  • Technical/IT teams experience.
  • Jira & Confluence knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven leadership roles.
