Job Description:

Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking an exceptional IT Transformation Director to lead the company's digital transformation efforts.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT transformation and implementation of software solutions, with a strong background in managing business solutions, enterprise back office information systems, and large-scale project implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans linking technology initiatives with organizational goals, driving financial, human resource, administrative, and support services functions.
  • Establish and communicate direction to a team of information services professionals, providing support services to the organization, and lead multiple information systems business projects in a complex and changing environment.
  • Provide competent, autonomous, well-organized IT leadership, with a proactive, take-charge approach.
  • Drive business transformation projects encompassing people, process, and technology.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Computer Science degree or equivalent.
  • Solid business background with a minimum of ten years managing business solutions, enterprise back office information systems, and large-scale project implementations.
  • Solid understanding of business systems, including Financials, Supply Chain, Service, Workforce, Payroll, and Human Resources, and associated business processes.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record in IT transformation and implementation of software solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of project management principles.
