Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day store operations, including achieving sales goals, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and overall team leadership in the absence of their store manager or assistant manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding customer service by following our customer service program
  • Drive customer loyalty by introducing our loyalty program to all customers
  • Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates
  • Promote the brand through knowledge and understanding of our product, business, and values
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties, in conjunction with/or in the absence of management
  • Participating in merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation according to our standards and directives
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Providing supervision to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
  • Creating a positive work environment that embodies our values
Requirements:
  • Experienced retail associate who is able to motivate, train, and coach others to success
  • Has excellent sales skills and is committed to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Interested in fashion and has an eye for style
  • Committed to teamwork and can apply our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us"
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Has flexible availability; shift managers can work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
