**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on growing our small case group benefits business.

In this role, you will work closely with Account Executives on day-to-day concerns, handle escalated issues, and manage relationships with business partners both internally and externally. You will also collaborate with regional service counterparts to ensure customer needs are exceeded and achieve business objectives by executing quarterly regional business plans as rolled out by the Regional Vice President.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives
  • Work closely with Account Executives on day-to-day concerns
  • Manage relationships with business partners
  • Collaborate with regional service counterparts
  • Achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Canadian Group Insurance industry, ideally in leadership
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Understanding of the business environment and consultants/customer needs
  • Create alignment on opportunities to drive sales results
  • Ensure resources are deployed effectively

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $92,100 - $170,500 annually, along with a total rewards program that includes variable compensation components such as annual bonus and commission.
