Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
Bulk Buy Mart - Innisfail is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers
- Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
- Hire and train new staff members
- Order merchandise and manage inventory
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in retail or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
