Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decision-making.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
