Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ICI Estimator to join our estimating team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating and completing full cost estimates within the ICI sector. Your expertise in construction methodologies and practices will enable efficient performance at all stages of an estimate.

  • Assemble, analyze, and maintain accurate quantities from plans and specification.">
  • Identify and assess risk, knowledge of industry standards, construction materials, and local building codes.">
  • Develop strong written and oral skills to communicate and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, project management, site superintendents, and other project team members.">
  • Mentor junior estimators and other estimating staff from time to time.">

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years estimating experience in the ICI sector.">
  • Knowledge of Canadian and Provincial building practices.">
  • Experience working at the site level would be an asset.">
  • Superior analytical skills for complete take-offs and ability to identify and assess risk.">
  • Knowledge of industry standards, construction materials, and local building codes.">
  • Strong written and oral skills to communicate and coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, project management, site superintendents, and other project team members.">
  • Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and Plan Swift required.">
