About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to join our team as a General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational excellence in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and customer loyalty, including referral-based business development and SolutionShop initiatives.
  • Manage costs, meet operational and financial metrics, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
  • Oversee asset protection procedures, privacy standards, and compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in district and regional initiatives, projects, and meetings to learn and grow in your role as a leader.
  • Act as an agile change leader, embracing change and owning the change and communication plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Lead a culture of engagement through ongoing learning, talent development, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of achieving customer service excellence and driving sales results.
  • Advanced-level communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Focus on building partnerships and community, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Dynamic, inspiring, and approachable leadership style, with a solutions-focused mindset.
