About the Role

Ceci General Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled Siding Contractor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of siding on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the installation of siding on various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and train a team of siding installers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of siding materials and equipment, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources to complete projects.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in siding installation or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work on construction sites, often in outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
