About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Dawson Creek Husky. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter data according to specified formats and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Transfer data between software systems and maintain databases.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, and make necessary corrections.
  • Perform general office duties, including creating digital records and transferring handwritten data to digital formats.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in using software applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of database management systems.
  • Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English and French).
