We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Hightain Group Corp.
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our retail sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in point of sale systems, word processing software, electronic mail, and spreadsheets.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Willing to travel and use public transportation.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Energetic, goal-oriented, hardworking, and a team player.
