Cronos GrowCo is seeking a skilled Cannabis Security Specialist to join our team. This is a permanent position, offering an attractive salary of $20.19 per hour.

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our facility, employees, and customers. Your duties will include investigating internal dishonesty, conducting incident investigations, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding to emergencies.

To excel in this role, you must have a valid Ontario security license, post-secondary education in Police Foundations (or equivalent), and at least one year of experience in a related field. You should also possess strong self-management, organization skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish being an asset. Additionally, you should have knowledge of advanced CCTV surveillance equipment, first aid and CPR certification, and a clean driver's abstract.
