Nursery Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Supervisor to join our team at Satwant Pannu. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursery and greenhouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Plan and estimate labour and materials to meet production demands
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers to ensure they are meeting production standards
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support crop production
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- 3-4 years of experience in a nursery or greenhouse setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
