We pride ourselves on providing comprehensive dental care and exceptional patient service. With five locations across Prince George, we offer a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry services.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring alternating shifts, including Saturdays. You'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our team as we continue to innovate and improve our services.

Responsibilities:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making a positive and lasting impression on patients from arrival to departure
- Optimizing appointment schedules to minimize gaps
- Managing patient calls and inquiries, including appointments, confirmations, and amendments
- Bill patients upon completion of treatment and manage payment, claims, and fee inquiries
- Effectively managing the recall system and maintaining accurate patient databases
- Processing referral letters and other patient correspondence
- Demonstrating active listening and empathy through effective communication skills
About You:
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with a clinical background or experience with dental software. You must be legally eligible to work in Canada and be willing to adapt to our fast-paced environment.
