About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consultant in Loan Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and prospective customers, ensuring that they receive the best-in-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather loan information and provide personalized solutions to customers
  • Sell our loan and protection products, ensuring that customers understand the benefits and features
  • Closing loans virtually and in person, ensuring a seamless experience for customers
  • Follow up with past due customer accounts, providing support and guidance to resolve any issues
  • Manage cash controls, including taking payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Commit to ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • High-school diploma or equivalent is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
