The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Programs Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that support the growth and development of startups. You will work closely with our team to design and deliver innovative programming that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs that support the growth and development of startups

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or a related field
  • At least four years of experience working in the startup ecosystem, developing, implementing, and managing programs related to entrepreneurship
  • Excellent understanding of the startup ecosystem, culture, and terminology
  • Proven ability to work with and build relationships with multi-sectoral stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and consensus-building skills
