About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Professional to join our team in Hamilton Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically promote and sell Stryker's medical products to meet customer needs
  • Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings, demonstrating product value to customers
  • Systematically track territory progress and communicate wins with sales team
  • Solve product problems for customers, utilizing product knowledge and quick thinking
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products, adhering to operating room and occupational health and safety guidelines

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in medical device sales, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management and project management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, and field testing
